Pangu does not work with iOS 8.1.1, iOS 8.1.2, iOS 8.1.3 or iOS 8.2:
Apple has fixed several vulnerabilities used by the Pangu iOS 8 – iOS 8.1 jailbreak in iOS 8.1.1, so it can’t be used to jailbreak iOS 8.1.1.
